posting on pozers AND TIRED!

After you come out you call me okay? she dint know i was angry or wat i dunnoe but i was after that i throw my phone like from living hall to my moms room got sound la then spoil -_- so now fixing it after that punch wall 4 times 2 on right 2 on left then go sleep. FINISH..... dont want say already after that at msn talk to nuer(jia qi) lo .....

I strain my muscle 4 times today you know why?
Yesterday i do 10 pull up not continuely but 2 by 2
then chinese lesson vs jia en push up 1 then 2 then 3
i do 40+ sia T.T then today do again my abs very pain
